The STA4 is an adapter kit created to ease install and assist in ensuring warranty compliance for Balboa Spa Touch 4 topside controllers / keypads. When Retrofitting a new Spa Touch 4 controller the kit allows for easy marking and cutting of the hole for the new square body using our template.
The kit also includes the adapter itself which ensures the controller remains at a minimum 10* angle as well as providing good drainage and protecting the touchscreen from contact with the cover due to its recessed install. Made out of Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate, it has exceptional UV, chemical, water, mechanical and thermal resistance, and high strength. We guarantee the adapters function for 1 year from date of purchase with a no cost replacement.
Additionally specific spas that remain uncovered and for those who wish to add additional protection or winterize their spas, we include an additional hardcover with the kit that adds unmatched protection for your spa touch 4 controller. We recommend using the hardcover while transitioning to a new spa cover eventually cut with a recess for the new topside and adapter to ensure spa cover contact is impossible. Replacement hardcovers ARE available as a separate product if needed.

This product kit is guaranteed to arrive free of major defects. 30 day policy for returns is applicable at the customers cost for return shipping for any reason. 1 YEAR gaurantee covers ADAPTER plate only. Cover and template parts are not applicable for warranty. If the product is deemed to have failed by no fault or negligence of the customer, the cost for replacement will be free of charge except for any applicable shipping or customs charges.
