Spa School Handout

This is a PDF version of our handout used for "spaschool" classes. Spa school is a 1 on one training initiative we've developed to help new homeowners who are now living with a new to them spa get acquainted with its care, maintenance and functions. Spaschool courses are 1.5h of in home training with our certified and versed technicians that cost 129.99 and cover the content in this handout. You can expect to learn about safety, chemistry, and what to do / how to resolve or avoid common issues we see causing owners to damage or fail to care for their spas. We also teach this course for Air BNB and hotel turn down staff to help keep tabs on the hot tubs and pools under their care. We take elements from Ontario ministry of healths CPO (certified pool operator course), Toronto health board guidelines as well as manufacturer specifications and our many years of experience. We try to ensure that we target each specific customers level of knowledge and ability as well as their specific needs an requirements to ensure they gain valuable knowledge.
